ASM Group, yurt içi ve yurt dışında gerçekleştirdiği yatırım ve taahhüt projeleri ve faaliyet gösterdiği İş kollarındaki artış gerekçesiyle daha geniş bir merkeze ve satış/tanıtım ofisine ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu ihtiyaç doğrultusunda, Etimesgut Bulvarı’na cepheli yaklaşık 6.800 M2 arsada satış ofisi ve çeşitli çalışma alanlarını içeren yapılar tasarlanmıştır.
ASM Group, both domestic and international investment and commitment projects and the increase in the sectors it operates have necessitated a larger center and sales/promotion office. Accordingly, structures that include a sales office and various workspaces have been designed on an approximately 6,800 m2 plot facing Etimesgut Boulevard.
Bulvar cephesinde tek bağımsız yapı olarak öne çıkan satış ofisi ve bu yapıya fon oluşturan ofis yapıları ile oluşturulan kompozisyon farklı açık-kapalı-yarı açık dış mekân kullanımlarına da olanak sağlamaktadır.
Kütlelerin tektonik etkisi, GFRC panellerle güçlendirilmiştir. Satış ofisi dışında aynı tip olarak kullanılan modüler tasarım bütünlük etkisini artırmakta, satış ofisi ise farklı cephe dili ile öne çıkmaktadır.
The composition created by the sales office, which stands out as a single independent structure on the boulevard front, and the office structures that form a backdrop for this building, also allows for different uses of open, closed, and semi-open outdoor spaces.
The tectonic effect of the masses has been reinforced with GFRC panels. Except for the sales office, the use of the same type of modular design enhances the effect of integrity, while the sales office stands out with its different facade language.
Arsa içinde yer alan kot farklılığı, projeye iki bodrum katı kazandırırken, arka cephede de bir bahçe oluşturulmuştur. Bu bahçe, hem ofis çalışanlarına hem de ziyaretçilere gün içinde keyifli bir rekreasyon alanı sunmaktadır.
ASM Group'un enerji yatırımları kapsamında, genel merkezin enerji ihtiyacının güneş enerjisiyle karşılanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda yapı teraslarında uygun büyüklüklerde ve yapı tasarımına entegre bir şekilde PV paneller yerleştirilmiştir.
The elevation difference within the plot has allowed for two basement floors in the project, while a garden has been created at the back facade. This garden provides a pleasant recreation area for both office workers and visitors throughout the day. As part of ASM Group's energy investments, it is aimed to meet the energy needs of the headquarters with solar energy. Accordingly, PV panels of suitable sizes and integrated into the building design have been placed on the building terraces.
