BC Prestige, Erbil
Günümüz yatırımları, finansal gücün de verdiği ivme ile gittikçe büyüyor. Yapı adalarında mahalle ölçeğinde yoğunluklar planlanıyor. Bu konu bir yönüyle projelerin temel sorunsalını oluşturuyorlar. Böylesine yoğun alanlarda, yeterli mekan kalitesi sağlanmış, mahremiyet ilişkileri kurulmuş, kentsel boşlukları yaratılmış yerleşimler ve daire tipleri nasıl oluşturulur ve bunlar şehre nasıl bir kompozisyon ile siluet verirler sorularının kesişim kümesi projenin temel yaklaşımlarını oluşturuyor.
BC Prestige projesi Erbil Şehrinin 60m olarak tariflenen ikinci dairesel aksı üzerinde yer alıyor. ‘ yapı adasından oluşan projenin birinci adasında ofis bloğu, zemin katta ise çarşılar yer alıyor. Çarşı kütlelerinin üstünde ise giderek yükselen ve bir biri üzerine teraslar oluşturan ve 1+1 ve Stüdyo daireleri barındıran konut bloğu yer alıyor. Diğer yapı adası ise bahçe dubleksleri, çatı dubleksleri, loft daireler, 2+1, 3+1 ve 4+1 daire tipleri ile çeşitlenen konut bloklarından oluşuyor.

Today's investments are also growing steadily with the impetus given by the financial power. Neighborhood-scale structures are planned on the city blocks. This issue also forms the main problematic of the projects. The intersection of such questions as how to create housing and apartment types with sufficient spatial quality, established privacy relations, urban spaces in such intensive areas, and what kind of a composition they create upon the city constitutes the basic approach of the project.
BC Prestige project is located on the second circular axis of Erbil described as 60m. There is an office block on the first block of the Project, and retails on the ground floor. Also, on the retail blocks, there is a housing block rising gradually and forming terraces on each other, and hosting 1 + 1 and studio apartments. The other city block consists of housing blocks varying with garden duplexes, roof duplexes, loft apartments, and apartment types of 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1.
