An Architectural Response in an Urban Context
Gamador Corner is a building proposal that redefines urban continuity on a corner plot located at the intersection of two main arteries. The design was developed with an architectural reflex that not only accommodates functions but also engages in dialogue with its surroundings and contributes to the urban experience by establishing a relationship with the street.
The permeability created at ground level blurs the boundaries between the public space and the building. With a proposal for a life that flows from inside to outside and from outside to inside, the building transcends its role as a mere functional shell, transforming into an interface that integrates with the neighbourhood.

The mass organisation is designed with a fragmented language that emphasises the corners. The living units on the upper floors are planned based on privacy and orientation, while the façade movements add layers of light, shadow and depth. Balconies and openings are treated both as functional elements and as a natural continuation of the architectural narrative.
In the façade design, a balance has been established between permeable surfaces and solid blocks. This balance defines the building's changing face at different times of the day and under different weather conditions. The material language has been created with a simple, local, and timeless aesthetic approach.

Commercial units create a permeable ground floor with wide openings, while residential functions on the upper floors are handled with a more rhythmic and modular system. This layering contributes to both architectural and structural sustainability in the overall design.
Gamador Corner is conceived not as a building, but as a complement to its urban context. Its connection with the street, rhythmic façade language, and composition of light and space create a new point of pause, change of direction, and renewal in the city.
