Mövenpick Hotel Renovation Project Gaziantep / Turkey, 2023
As an office specialized in hotel projects, we have been carrying out projects with Accor Group brands for many years and now we are continuing our projects with the Mövenpick brand. The hotel, which has been out of use for a long time and has an important place in the city memory, comes to life again with the Mövenpick brand. In this renovation project, it was aimed to preserve the historical and cultural values of the building and make it suitable for modern hotel management standards.
Within the scope of the project, the original architectural details of the hotel were preserved and adapted to modern usage needs. In accordance with the Mövenpick hotel guidelines, a balanced structure was created between guest comfort, aesthetic values and functionality.While the existing materials and building elements were preserved, the structure was strengthened with modern materials and techniques. In the interiors, Mövenpick's design approach was adopted, thus providing modern comfort to the guests.
Sustainability was considered as an important criterion in the project. The hotel's environmental footprint was minimized by using energy-efficient systems and environmentally friendly materials. The hotel's functionality was enhanced with innovative solutions and smart building technologies.
