This project, located in a distinguished area of Ankara where villas are densely located, has been designed to provide maximum efficiency in the use of the area and garden. In the design process, the functionality and aesthetics of every detail were kept in the foreground, and solutions suitable for user needs were presented. In the basement, a low garden concept was applied to maximize natural light.

This area has an independent entrance and is planned to be used as an independent unit when necessary. The design of this floor has been considered to allow for the easy separation of different functions. The ground floor contains common areas such as the living room and kitchen where the family will spend time together. These areas are designed to be spacious and open-plan and are equipped with large windows to maximize daylight.

On the exterior of the villa, a design that combines nature and human beings has been assimilated. The combination of natural wood and man-made concrete emphasizes both natural and artificial living elements. The upper floors are reserved for more private and personal use. Spaces such as bedrooms and study rooms are designed to offer a comfortable and peaceful living space. Natural light is aimed to reach every point of the house by ensuring that each room receives sunlight from every facade.
