Ankara / Türkiye, 2025
The project, situated on an 8,260 m² plot, proposes a contemporary living concept comprising 12 independent villas. Each villa, measuring 450 m², can be used in flexible layouts such as 6+1, 5+2, 4+1 and 1+1. With lower and upper garden areas, they offer a spacious and continuous living space between indoors and outdoors.
The layout is terraced in harmony with the topography, aiming to establish a strong sense of privacy for each villa with its own private garden. The façade language, which provides permeability between open and closed areas, is supported by wide openings and rhythmic vertical elements. The façade design, which stands out with different light scenarios during the day and night, creates a calm yet powerful architectural expression that blends with the natural texture.

The enclosed parking for two vehicles designed for each villa enhances user comfort, while the landscape texture in the surrounding layout reinforces the feeling of natural living. In the open space design, the ground-level children's play areas, social seating points and garden layout designed along the internal site road point to a holistic living environment.

The project presents a unique lifestyle on a compact scale, standing out as a new generation of villa developments in the city thanks to its modern material selection, simple geometries, and connection with nature. Construction is scheduled to begin in the last quarter of 2025 and is expected to take one year.
