Esenyurt Ibis Otel, Esenyurt, Istanbul

 

E5 karayoluna giriş cephesini veren yapı 3 bodrum kat + zemin kat ve 6 tip kattan oluşuyor. En alt iki bodrum kat otopark olarak kullanılırken birinci bodrum katta toplantı odaları ve servis alanları yer alıyor. Zemin katta otel lobisi, restoran, bar, ana mutfak, ofis alanları, tip katlarda ise otel odaları yer alıyor.

 

E5 karayolu boyunca devam eden yatay hareket esnasında dikkat çekecek şekilde düşey hareketliliğin vurgulandığı bir cephe hareketi hedefleniyor. Pencere sövelerinde kullanılan farklı renkler ile İbis’in marka kimliğine uygun hareketli ve eğenceli bir etki oluştu- ruluyor.

The building faces its entrance towards the E5 highway and consists of 3 basement floors, a ground floor and 6 typical room floors. While the 2 bottom basement floors are used as a car park, meeting rooms and services are placed on the first basement floor. On the ground floor there is hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, kitchen and offices. Hotel rooms are on the typical floor.

A vertical façade movement is aimed to draw attention during horizontal movement on the E5 highway. Different colors are used in the window casings to create an active and enjoying effect that is appropriate for the identity of IBIS as a brand.
