İklim verilerine uygun olarak ana arkad ile korunmuş yapay gölet çevresi deck alanı altına takılmış fakülte yapıları, rektörlük, yemekhane ve kültür merkezi yapılarından oluşmaktadır. Cephe elemanı olarak yerel kullanımında çok yaygın olan tuğla ve prekast beton elemanlar öngörülmüştür.

Faculty buildings, rectorate building, cafeteria, cultural center building are organized between the main arcade and deck area around the preserved artificial pond according to the climate conditions. Brick, as the commonly used local material and precast concrete elements are anticipated as façade materials.
