Yorum Istanbul Konutları, Istanbul
Yorum İstanbul Evleri, İstanbul’un Bayrampaşa böl- gesinde yer almaktadır. Çevre verilerin de etkisiyle bir iç avlu oluşturacak şekilde birbirine dönen ve arsa çevresini tutan bir yerleşim tercih edilmiştir. Farklı yükseklikteki bloklar ile dinamik bir silüet etkisi hedeflenmiştir. Konsept proje çalışmaları Bünyamin Derman tarafından yapılan projenin Avan, Kesin ve Uygulama projeleri hazırlanmıştır.

Yorum Istanbul Residence, Istanbul
Yorum Istanbul Houses is located in Istanbul’s Bayrampasa district. As a result of the input coming from the site and its surroundings, the approach was to create an inner courtyard by turning the masses towards each other to the extends of site’s outer boundaries. With different heights of the masses, a dynamic silhouette is created. Concept Design studies are done by Bünyamin Derman and Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation phases of the project are prepared.
