Eryaman Housing Project, Ankara / Turkey, 2015

Eryaman Konutları, Ankara

 

Proje alanı, Eryaman’da güney cephe ufkunun şehir manzarası yönünde, kuzey cephe ufkunun ise yeşil alan olarak açık olduğu, batısında çevre yolu olan bir bölgede konumlanmaktadır. Yola cepheli olarak tasarlanan ticari alanların çatısı, konut kütlesine yapay bir topoğrafya oluşturmaktadır. Yaklaşık 300 konuta ev sahipliği yapacak proje, 2+1, 3+1 ve 4+1 yapı tiplerinden ve teraslı loft daire ve kat bahçelerinden oluşmaktadır.

Eryaman Housing, Ankara

 

The project area is located in an area with the city view in the southern facade and the green area in the northern facade, and the environmental highway in the west. The roofs of commercial spaces designed with frontage road constitute an artificial topography to the housing blocks. The project, which will host about 300 residential projects, consists of 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 apartment types and loft apartments with terrace and floor gardens.
